Harlequins vs. Sale
The Stoop, 7.45 p.m.
Kyle Sinckler misses the match as he begins a seven-week ban for making contact with Northampton lock Michel Paterson’s eye last weekend. His place in the front row is taken by Will Collier, while Joe Marler returns at loosehead. There are two further changes in the pack, where captain James Horwill and Chris Robshaw return. Prop Phil Swainston, who made his debut for the club last weekend, retains his place on the bench.
Unsurprisingly following their eight-try dismantling of Gloucester last Friday, Sale boss Steve Diamond has resisted making wholesale changes to his starting XV. Hooker Marc Jones start in place of Rob Webber in the sole change for the Sharks. That means that James O’Connor must once again make do with a place among the replacements, where he is joined by TJ Ioane who is in for the injured Tom Curry.
