Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson now have a new splash brother.
Warriors coach Steve Kerr admitted he was in the bathtub when he was talking to 95.7 The Game host Damon Bruce during an interview Wednesday.
During the segment with Bruce, the splashing of water could be heard in the background and the radio host was quick to ask the coach about it.
Kerr laughed and asked Bruce if he could actually hear the water.
“Yeah. Are you drawing circles in the water while I talk to you in a bathtub?” Bruce said.
“I’m gonna refrain from commenting,” Kerr replied. “We’re just going to continue with the interview.”
Bruce wouldn’t drop it, asking Kerr is he was surrounded by bubbles and was curious if the coach had a rubber ducky.
“What else do you want to know about the Warriors, Damon?” Kerr said as he laughed.
The coach said he was simply “just trying to take care of my body, that’s all.”
Kerr has not only been taking care of himself, but he has also helped the Warriors get off to a strong start this year. The team is 22-6 entering Thursday night’s game against the Mavericks and is in second place in the Western Conference, just behind the Rockets.
